I am so pleased with my experience with Orkin! My inspection visit done by John was great, he explained everything in great detail, and was super chill when I peppered him with follow-up questions before the actual treatment day. Then on treatment day, Bernard showed up with only one mattress encasement, but this was quickly rectified by one of the managers, Mark.
