I got a text saying they were at my house 6 hours before my scheduled visit. I called and was told they would never come early. Then I got a text that they canceled my appointment. Then a phone call telling me he was already at my house. I didn’t realize my dogs were outside. I called back and no one answered. They sprayed with my dogs exposed to the chemicals. The manager was the only one who wasn’t rude talking to me. This technician was rude in past visits also. No concern to my dogs health.

Service not delivered as promised when I signed up.
Nothing but trouble from Orkin. Everytime Orkin misses their appointment or wrong (interior vs exterior) inspector shows up but does not have wquipment necessary. This Orkin problem has been going on for years! Orkin more like Orcon. They're very good at apologies and excuses. Learn from my mistake.....DONT USE ORKIN..
Recommendedcalled to have a hornets nest removed, technican left without telling us. huge chunk of nest still here Along with hornets have called 3 times to get someone back out no call back yet. I guess once you have my 400 dollars there's so sense of urgency on your part. and now they are rebuilding after the extremely rude person. told me no just give them time. DO NOT USE THEM FOR HORNETS more pictures of our hornets rebuild that they insist they don't do

Bills keep increasing with actually less service.
Very disappointed, we have had some issues with ants in one corner of the house for the last couple of years, we were finally able to get it under control last year after a long process of trying different things . I called to get this years service set up and a new guy was sent out who obviously knew nothing of what was done previously and didn’t care to find out.
