RecommendedGreat service from the technician . However you have a few PPE/procedure issues to address. The technician is supplied with a mask that contains an exhaust port. These type masks are for contaminated environments and therefore do no filtering upon exhale. Secondly it appears that the slippers worn have been used all day. So if he walked through a contaminated home he is tracking it into mine. Thirdly I appear to be the last stop on the route. Technician used to stop in the morning. More chance to pickup something.
