Terrific! On time, friendly, knew his job. The problem was yellow jackets, under a porch which had lattice on it , in a crack in the foundation of the house.(very difficult location) Once he determined the location, he checked to be sure that the bees had no access to the house, before eradicating them. Will use them again, if needed.
