These people are so rude and give false information say one thing and then say they didn’t say it then have employees come to your house and say something and when you call them over the phone, they say another thing just makes no sense at all and then act like they have no recollection of anything!!! 5 out of time DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The last two times I’ve had them come they did a rush job and didn’t even do a spray in the inside of the house. And I have a roach problem
they didn't get rid of the bugs they did just enough to slow them down a little but kept charging me monthly for no significant results. They would schedule appointments when I wasn't home. just very unprofessional for a company that's been in business this long
We have used Orkin for pest control for many years. We pay for service on an ongoing basis. They have always been very helpful and always have provided exceptional service. We have an problem with Stink Bugs this year. They charged us to come out and after 30 days, they will charge us again if they need to come back. Everyone at the office and the technicians that come to our are always very friendly and professional.
Technician showed up on unscheduled time. Was scheduled for service between 4-6 pm. Technician showed up at 10 am asked him to come on his scheduled time at 4-6 pm. Advised him he could not do service at 10 am, then sent me a cancellation email. Said he was unaware of service change that I had called about on Monday. Change was to spray one interior room not just spray outside the house. I called the office to verify technician was coming back between 4-6 pm was told 3 x appt was scheduled between 4-6pm.
