My service tech was prompt, polite and professional! He arrived on the front side of the service window for time that I was given and diagnosed the problem then described the treatment he was going to administer and then got to it. My problem was a hive of either paper wasps or bald faced hornets - thanks to Josh and Orkin my problem is gone!

A test was done in my rental unit and bedbugs were found. The Orkin tech was very good at explaining what needed to be done and he reassured me that this would be taken care of.
