RecommendedMy service tech was prompt, polite and professional! He arrived on the front side of the service window for time that I was given and diagnosed the problem then described the treatment he was going to administer and then got to it. My problem was a hive of either paper wasps or bald faced hornets - thanks to Josh and Orkin my problem is gone!

A test was done in my rental unit and bedbugs were found. The Orkin tech was very good at explaining what needed to be done and he reassured me that this would be taken care of.

Tech service (Lacey) was great. Very engaging, knowledgeable and professional. She pointed out areas of the home that could be repaired to better protect us. Not sure we have the problem resolved on bees, but seems to be a regional issue (north in the MW). Did all we could this time of year. Fingers crossed.
