We met our new Orkin serviceman yesterday; Jim was communicative via texts to apprise us when he would arrive. He was very pleasant, efficient and personable and did a nice job. Always feel comfortable w/Orkin staff and their care!
Service rep was very helpful and hopefully my problem is going to be resolved. It will take time for product to clear up my problem. I have full faith it will be. He said to call them back if the problem persist and I will definitely will not hesitate to do so. They were very thorough in treating my issue. Time will tell.
