The inspector explained their usual treatment method, but after inspecting the termite damage and location he actually recommended a less expensive process for remediating our problem. He was very friendly and professional, and I appreciated his honesty. The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job. The bait stations were placed in effective yet unobtrusive locations. Both men even commented on our little dog that sat in the window and “supervised.” It was a positive experience overall.
