I'm overwhelmed being a first time home owner. both the inspector and tech were great... and they have been more than patient with me. I am terrified of mice so it's not like I don't have a lot of questions! but I must say they've been very receptive and keep saying call them anytime or text anytime and I've gotten very personal service. so I would highly recommend.
