When I called for an appointment the woman I talked to was friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The worker who came over was very courteous and thorough. I felt confident in the work he did. Thank you!!

We have had a very positive experience with Orkin. The inspector and service personnel have been professional, well informed, and cooperative. Logan is terrific. He presents a clean, neat, orderly appearance and is always knowledgeable in answering our questions. He has been extremely determined in the search to find the source of a problem - even checking the nail holes in a headboard! The technician that did the service was polite and personable. He explained everything that he was going to do and listened to my specific instructions. When he finished he again described what he had done. Very professional!
