I was told I had carpenter ants and I do not. I paid 300.00 and I want a refund but the branch manager will not call me or email me back. I have had nothing but issues with this branch. Get a second opinion with what they tell you. Grateful I wasn't told I had termites and paid 1300.00

Waste of my time made an appointment to have bee's removed since it wasn't such a big project for them they said they couldn't do anything about it I find it stupid because isn't it good to take care of a problem before it gets worse smh never again will I waste my time with them.
high employee turn over they over work the guys to the point of a break down we just had another new guy his equipment was so poor that he couldn't even spray my 1st floor windows over priced crap services missed managment over booking jobs for the guys then they have to rush thru the job start putting all the money you make into new equipment and not rust bucket unsafe trucks you over work your guys to the point of not having a healthy life. with low pay best regards the Kollers
