efficient, proficient, professional, VERY courteous and respectful of MY SPACE !!!! kind, the technician was very straightforward and firm, trustworthy, he seemed unbothered by and completely capable of handling the enormous spider problem I have been facing. I would be pleased if that was my regular technician...they even wore booties on their shoes! yeah! thank you! so far so good. now for the REAL TEST....are the spiders dead? lessee!
