My tech was Joseph he was very polite, friendly and professional. He was very through when spraying my house, basement and outside, which I appreciate that. My tech Mark is fantastic and caring and has been so helpful getting rid of an ant issue. The company is very well organized and always sends me a text and email ahead of time to let me know when they will be coming for their periodic exterminating.
