Just serviced today and none of the service notes were addressed. To top it off, the person was rude and ignored the requests and left without checking back to. No Dr webbing was done and didn’t have the tools to reach beyond head high

I do not recommend They came today for service when it is snowing, with 2” already on the ground. How effective will that application be, diluted by melting snow? Last year, we had issues with service scheduling; we would receive notice of an appointment, make plans to be home, and the technician would not show up, deciding to come at another time when it better fit his/her schedule. I had somebody to come out to treat my sons brand new bed for bed bugs and put covers on the mattress and box spring . Did not know how to put them on and did not know nothing about bed bugs . I’m not happy the bed was not cheap .

Neighbor uses Rose and they seem to be much more thorough. Unfortunately we are tied into Orkin until our time Runs out. We just pray the job is being done accurately. There is no way a 5 minute call can handle the job sufficiently. Had it not been for our carpenters telling your staff where they were seeing termite activity and assisting with treatment I feel confident we still would have the problem. I waited for 5 hours for the Orkin guy to show up. My appointment was from 2 to 4, it's now 7:27....No call no explanation and I can still hear the Carpenter ants munching in my wall. they spray a week and a half ago and they're still there.
