Appointment for outdoor Cicada killer wasp nest. Told you we’re very experienced in this area. Prepaid $278 and the technician came and gone in 10-15 minutes, missing nests that I showed him. Also, he said he would look over all the beds. Today I found 3 more nests. Wasps still swarming my yard, very disappointed considering my landscaper suggested your company.
I’ve asked you to respect that I don’t want your service, or contact. Please leave me alone I canceled your service over a year ago. Today your service tagged themselves 3 minutes on the property. They have been working on ants (little piss-ants) for a year with little relief or results. It is an expensive endeavor to contract them for a year. I was told today that I may want to update my contract for another year 😂. I was later told that they can’t guarantee their work on ants🤯. I understand ants may travel and new issues can arise, but the first issue was never taken care of. They have worked for me in the past, and have always remedied the problem. This time was definitely different. Poor Results!
