Ever since Troy was removed from this route, service has gone right down the toilet. No shows, bogus work orders, and totally unresponsive management. Oddly enough, I called customer disservice to cancel my service, and they refused, saying they couldn't give me an "instant resolution".

Appointment for outdoor Cicada killer wasp nest. Told you we’re very experienced in this area. Prepaid $278 and the technician came and gone in 10-15 minutes, missing nests that I showed him. Also, he said he would look over all the beds. Today I found 3 more nests. Wasps still swarming my yard, very disappointed considering my landscaper suggested your company.
