Brad provided our most recent service this afternoon, and we were impressed with how thorough he was, to the point of checking previous servicemen’s notes which, in our case, reminded him to check a mouse station near our foundation , which I had forgotten was there. Great job. Even with my regular technician not available. Troy, the technician doing service this time was very efficient and explained what he was doing and why he was going to move bait traps for more effectiveness. Very considerate. Definitely happy with my service.
