We have a long standing account that includes a yearly inspection. It has been over a year since an inspection was done, and after MANY phone calls to customer service, we’ve yet to talk to anyone who can help. We pay a lot of money for this and expect better. We were told the branch manager would call but that hasn’t happened either. This is not OK.
