Initially contacted Brad Resler around March for inspection. He was very helpful with information and told me to contact him if I ever needed anything Then couple wks ago I called him in frantic because I saw a bat. He was very calm in assuring me they would take care of. Within a day he came along with Nick Fricano. They assessed the situation and gave me information on what could be done and pricing.
