I chose Orkin to be our pest service provider for the childcare center and Youth Center on JBA, but my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The technicians and managers seem to be on entirely different pages. The technicians are consistently no-shows, and we have to repeatedly call to reschedule missed spray appointments. So during covid my old exterminator went mia on us and things got bad here. Orkin has gotten everything under control now. Very professional and punctual.
The young man had an incredible knowledge of his job. He worked to address all outstanding issues.
After repeated requests to have the service agent call prior to arrival they still don’t. They continue to bill for monthly service yet I’ve seen no evidence of said service.
