The service man is very polite and let's you know exactly what he will be doing today at your residence and ask if you have any questions for him. I always have been asked if I have noticed any bugs in my house from when my house was last serviced. The service tech is very professional and knows his job. I have reccomeded Orkin to my neighbor and they are pleased with the results from receiving service from Orkin. Thank you for your service.
