Horrible customer service. First application didn’t work, waited 3 weeks for the reapplication, charged me for both and wouldn’t give me a credit. Total scam!
Worst company ever! Horrible customer service, horrible communication they have shown up at our house 3 different times without warning, horrible turnaround time when it comes to calling them and when they come out to “fix” the problem they have already fixed 5 other times! At one point the guy came out and admitted to missing the hole where the bats were coming in.. Tried to make us pay extra for coming out after another bat in our house. Long story short... Just had another bat in our house! Orkin's is awful!
I was calling around getting quotes. Jesse gave the quote from orkin, and he then offered to schedule a time, when I explained I was simply getting a quote ahead of time so I can budget this, Jesse then asked "why did you call me then?" When I explained, again, I just wanted a quote, he seemed incredibly annoyed that I bothered him... came across as very rude and unprofessional. I will look elsewhere.

The technician was helpful and friendly. They just came today so I can’t speak to the efficacy of their work. However I will say this. The person you speak with on the phone will not be entirely honest with you. They will exaggerate their services, try to upsell you (obviously), and offer things that the technician simply can’t do. My technician called in advance to clarify the service he would be providing because he said, “The call center often makes life more difficult for us technicians.” So take that as you will.
