An Orkin Tech (Elijah) filled in for our normal tech (Ryan). I was a little confused at first because Orkin knows that if Ryan's not available, not to send anyone else. Well, I must say, Elijah did very well in our home. Just like our Ryan, He listened to our concerns and gave us great suggestions and pointers. Right from the get go, the person I first spoke with was polite, kind and empathetic. He explained everything clearly to me. I was put to ease. The individual who showed up early the next day was also pleasant, polite and clear on what was to happen and when they'll be back. They seem to put the customer first in their interactions.
