Whoever manages the La Crosse office needs to do something. I have gotten 3 calls in the last 2 months giving me a 2 hour window (so I sit home waiting) Orkin will be at my house and they never showed up. Once maybe, but 3 times is unacceptable! AND, they did the same thing to another family yesterday.
I had an appointment today and the technician was a no show even after a email and two texts that he was coming it would of been nice to call and let me know then they scheduled my next appointment for February I'm like what happened to December's appointment
they haven't come to do check ups in over 5 months.
