Daymond is a polite, friendly and professional team member. He treated the inside of the house, spraying possible entry points for loathsome critters. He also treated the outside perimeter of the house where small furry stinkers could make entry. He was here for about a half hour. I’m very impressed with his work and professionalism!

Well the guy pulled up late yes he did notify us but honestly he looked like a slob a shirt was not tucked in uniform was very dirty it was very unprofessional

Opened the door, and I said hello. Told him I wanted to do just the outside today, he didn't even say anything.. just turned around and then started walking away. I think he realized how rude that was because as he was 10 feet away he said "I'm on it" he's not the only person on earth having a bad day. Don't take it out on me. Your service was late and there was no ETA information. We called the customer service support number and they weren’t able to get a hold of anyone at the location that’s here in our area. The one thing is that Jeffrey our service guy was very friendly and helpful.
