Will was very helpful, listening to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable on how to treat my problem. He took his time, told me everything he did (even shared a area I didn’t know of ) . Love that I can call and they’re here within a couple days or the soonest they can be. We have a wasp problem in the backyard and they’ve came two times (not on their normal service call) to knock down a nest. Michael from Orkin around the Eagan area is one of the best!

We thought we had bed bugs, so I called Orkin. They were the only one that answered the phone, I called at least 6 prior and had to leave a message. I wanted a local company. Sanford come out the next morning. We were extremely pleased to hear it wasn’t bed bugs and that Sanford was honest and not trying to create false charges.
