We are most fortunate to have as our technician Alex Carmona who is ultra thorough. He meets us graciously for every quarterly visit ready to work. He comes prepared with any equipment needed especially when I call the office to relate the few things that might need attention. Alex has never failed to honor the window time frame he gives which is so important to me because I have several medical conditions to attend to . Alex is an over the top technician.
