Kevin was my technician, he was on time wearing a mask, very polite, explained everything he was going to do and how often they will come back for service. Damien was great. He explained the kind of pest control Orkin uses. How it only targets insects, and that it does not hurt humans or pets. He was careful around my butterfly and hummingbird plants. In fact, he was somewhat knowledgeable about those plants. He let me walk around with him. I hope he continues to work my area. He is the most polite and interactive. Thank you.

Our technician is courteous and helpful with answering our questions. Timeline for service has changed a bit but still get timely notifications as far as what day to expect him. We started using Orkin due to fleas, they have managed to control them yearly. We also installed a new house and they have kept bugs at bay, only thing I’ve found has been dead, the best kind in my opinion.
