Great service in the beginning. Got rid of bug problem. Almost 2 years into contract I try to cancel and the are impossible to break up with. Continue to charge my credit card and schedule appointments even though I cancelled. Call to complain they hang up.
Inefficient pest control! Keeps trying and keeps failing to block mice which is the reason I hired them!
They give you the bait and switch. The first guy was amazing! Super knowledgeable and nice... everyone after that was horrible - actually seemed scared of the rats. When i called to request him again, I was told he's not a option. Never got the appropriate emails, texts stating when they were coming, and time frames. Then the kicker was you have to give them 30 days to cancel. But they don't even give you a heads up they are on the way! Just avoid!
The Orkin man is advertised to have so much knowledge about pest control so I got the service. First bad thing is they will do anything in their power to sell you their service and then will not let you cancel the service. They come to your house set up glue traps and leave. Basically the only thing they'll do is set up a few traps and not close any openings or even try to find entry ways. They have as much skill and knowledge as any other homeowner that has the ability to put down traps. Waste of money. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING ... read more
Very rude service person. I live in an apartment, so we don't have a choice but to use who management sends. We found an infestation of bed bugs. They "treated" our apartment, we came back home to find a bed bug crawling on our mattress! Called Orkin, knowing they couldn't help me because the apartment complex has a commercial account, but I explained what was going on and the gentleman was so apologetic! Scheduled an inspection and was given a 8 - 10 AM window. Not only did they not show up, no one even bothered to call with an update. Worst business model.
