All the guys that come out to the house are so very polite and kind. They take care of any problems we may have with no questions asked and a smile on their face. Have no complaints. And we have used Orkin for a long time. The only thing I could suggest is to send the same guys out so they are use to the dogs and know everything they need to check (mouse trap's, sticky pads etc, ). Otherwise great customer service.

Alfredo Is great! Definitely request him. When he comes out to do our regular services we never have to request for him to come back if anything is missed. He makes sure all is good on the property and it’ll last till our next service is due again. I definitely recommend Orkins.
