RecommendedDesmond, the Orkin technician sent me a text to let me know he was on the way and then another text to let me know he arrived. He came to the door to let me know that he was here and what he was about to do and asked if I had any additional concerns. I pointed out that there were still spiders outside. He said that he would spray the area again and he was there to service the mosquito trap. He demonstrated great customer service and I recommend his service again.

Orkin technicians are always prompt, courteous and very professional. The technicians call a day in advance to verify the upcoming appt. Then call on the war to my house. Communicating with the actual person coming to do the job makes it easier to manage any potential schedule changes.
