RecommendedDesmond, the Orkin technician sent me a text to let me know he was on the way and then another text to let me know he arrived. He came to the door to let me know that he was here and what he was about to do and asked if I had any additional concerns. I pointed out that there were still spiders outside. He said that he would spray the area again and he was there to service the mosquito trap. He demonstrated great customer service and I recommend his service again.
