I was impressed that the Orkin technician sent to my house knew about rats and mice and other pests and was efficient in inspecting my property and recommending appropriate pest controls including poisons, traps and physical barriers. He quickly deployed traps and poison stations and instructed me on needed pruning to help protect against re-infestation.
