Carlos is More than just a perfectionist on pest control, he knows the correct way to keep my family safe. I look forward to his monthly visits and he educates me on the seasonal pest and what to look out for. I have two jobs and time is very important to me in which he is always on time, and is very flexible with my appointments. From 1 to 10 I will have to give him an 11, he goes out of his way to satisfy my concerns. He is very family oriented, and It is a pleasure to have his service each and every time. Technician was rude when asked to spray garage and backyard. Spent less than a minute in the backyard. It's small but it's not that small

Not a very through job was done at my home and they showed up unannounced.
