I was a long standing customer with Orkin but they have gone down hill. The scheduling is terrible. I have had to call customer service to many times. Don’t recommend.

I continue to be disappointed. I have asked multiple times that we receive more than a few minutes notice that someone is coming to service our property, yet it continues to happen. Call me to schedule a time. Do not just show up at our home.

I have been attempting to get a refund due to me since my first payment to Orkin. I have talked to numerous people at your office, but still have not received my refund. So no, I would not recommend Orkin for this reason.
