RecommendedFriendly and helpful. The customer service help line need a little improvement with connecting us to our service person. Also Orkin don't have a good Rodent service. They don't follow through with Rodent problems.

RecommendedThey did a good job of removing termites & other pest from my house both subterranean & in the house proper. They do follow up & inspection & tell the truth. Josh the inspector told us our house was free of pests & showed me pics underground & in attic etc. He was pleasant & seemed competent. & wore a mask & kept his distance & worked quickly.
