Every single time they come the job is never fully done as expected.
Horrible service. Actually I was provided with no service. The technician showed up was in my house less than 5 minutes. Did not spray the outside. Did absolutely nothing. Told us to leave. Left for 4 hour and come back to a home with a pest problem. Inexcusable especially for the money I had to pay. Never again. And now I’m out $250. Thanks a lot orkin.
Worse customer service ever!!!! They charge you and DO nothing
They are horrible. Their customer service sucks. I had them for a year, they did not catch any rodent. I paid all that money for nothing, they did not give me my money back. I still have mice roaming around in my house, that their traps never caught. The manager Nam Nguyen is useless, he promised to take care of the problem, but did not follow through and never returned our calls. The worst service you could ever ask for is in this company.
