They come quarterly and do a thorough service around my home and inside if needed. In between scheduled dates, if I notice any problems with spiders and insects they come out promptly and treat, free of charge, for the specific problem. They notify us when they will be here and talk to us to verify if we are having any problems before they start general treatment around the property. We have always been happy with our Orkin service.

It's reasonable, the person who comes to your house is very professional, courteous and always asks if there is anything else you might need. He's covered from head to toe with face mask and shoe covers. I highly recommend Orkin.
