The tech showed up to do an inspection of the outside traps. Took 10 minutes. My only criticism is that not calling a customer to say that a tech is coming is inexcusable!!! Especially during the pandemic!!

We have ongoing service on a quarterly basis. We had a spider and rodent problem. All gone now, but we have continued the service for the last 5 years.
