The employees out in the field are very flexible, timely, courteous, and get the job done. If I need more attention in a certain area they take care of me. Royce did a thorough job treating all parts of the house I requested. Very friendly, trustworthy and good to have him do treatments consistently.
We are always contacted when service is due and when Roy will be at our home. This time, particularly our technician found water in our garage, took pictures, sent them to me (as we are on the mainland) and helped us solve our problem.
