Ray, the service rep, was more than fantastic. He explained each step of his process, was very personable, informative 100%. He went above being helpful and was very reassuring with his final conclusions. A great experience.

We really like Matt/with ORKIN who is certified on many levels. Had an ant problem and he showed up right away, sprayed and said he would followup in a few days. He is smart, efficient, extremely nice, understands the problems and knows how to deal with it effectively. He is the BEST!!
