We've asked a manager now 3 times to give us a call back no one has responded. Their services aren't accurate the guys don't spray around the entire house we continue to get bit by mosquitos and zero communication from the office. Canceling our services and not looking back, very disappointed. UPDATE: we have now called the general manager 6 times with no luck, today I called yet again asking if someone could help service us again as their "mosquito package" for 6 months has not been effective. I called Orkin and you all made me an appointment for today. Today you called me to say “well we just don’t have a technician in your area today”. Why would you schedule me an appointment if you couldn’t keep it. “Well that was a national phone numbers you called and they just sell our services” I have to say this is a lousy business model. I would never recommend your service to anyone

Not a great experience. Sales team says one thing and refuses to put anything in writing. I was told they would treat entire inside, attached garage, and outside perimeter and they only treated my carpets with $30 worth of spray that I could have purchased myself. No wonder Orkin is cheaper, they do half the job!

I saw the orkin truck in front of my house so I was putting my dogs in crates so they wouldn’t bark at the man. I looked again to open door for him and he was gone already. He never rang door bell or even walked around house as he couldn’t have walked around back yard without going through gate. I have asked for a curtesy call when he’s on way to my house so I could be ready. He does not. I don’t like paying $50 a month for no service and would like to cancel.
