RecommendedThe orkin tech did a thorough job, and listened to my concerns before doing the work. He was very polite and respectful. The only negative thing I can say about Orkin is that they need to revamp their appointment scheduling system. I have experienced numerous issues in the past when the tech arrived at my home at a time not even close to my scheduled appointment. Today, my appointment was scheduled for between 2 - 4 pm. The tech did not show up until 5pm.

They came to my house inspecting areas of concern, and were knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. They even reported back to me about a troublesome leaky outdoor faucet that I was unaware of.

We had some wasps nests that we wanted taken care of this year, I called Orkin and they were able to come out within the week to do the job. Easy to get ahold of and they did a great job (even cleaned up the nests afterward). I would recommend them based on this experience.
