I moved to Washington in 2017. My first encounter with Orkin was when they came to redo my crawl space (the previous owners used it as storage and there was no insulation or vapor barrier). They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. How often does that happen these days? I also use their pest control. My current technician, Damon, is terrific.
