It’s always one thing after another with them. We pay to have them treat our home monthly… it’s been two almost three months because they are always rescheduling or hard to schedule with. The last time the guy canceled our route and we had to reschedule… it’s been a month and they still haven’t got to us. We have a newborn and two toddlers and have been having issues since they came. We have had an ongoing RAT problem at my 80 year old elderly parents home, going on maybe 2 months now, we have been charged 5K twice and had to ask them to remove the charges because, well, we still have rats. They don’t show up when they are supposed to, in fact, everything they promise seems to be a lie, except they will charge us. Do not use this service.
They didn’t show up To treat my home. I called 4 times and was told my call would be returned. I did not get a returned call either
I’ve been sort of happy with Orkin until today; I did not get a call or text or email telling me that the Orkin man would be here today; he called and was a little hard to understand; I was rather rude to him telling him I didn’t want he was selling; a few minutes after that call he appears on my doorstep; I was rather embarrassed; in the past you have always let me know the day that he would be here!
Well the termite guy came out busted a water line, sent someone out to fix the water leak, now we have no water, Said they were gonna send someone out to repair the water line and an irrigation guy, came out and “fixed” the leak, tried to turn the water on and now we have only one waterline “outside” working and none inside the house, said they were gonna send a plumber out and so far nothing, no call no text no plumber. Going to work tomorrow is gonna be a hassle
After missing the window to do my service several times this time they ring my door bell and know many times in early Sunday morning... with our notifying me they were coming for service. People have choices and I am choosing to sever my Contract with airline. Too many misses and not enough service. Will be switching to a local company.
