I explained the different types of pests I had to the exterminatorand he quicky assured me that what sprays hes using will target them all and gave me tips to help control my fly infested problem. Very professional and explained the processes in an easily understandable way.

For an initial fee of $375.00 Orkin made promises they had no intention of keeping. “We’ll seal up any place a pest can get in.” Nope! They’ll tell you to do it yourself. “We’ll come out whenever you call us.” Nope! They only service Alamogordo once a week. “We have a monthly service fee of $46.00.” Nope! They charge $49.74 per month, but only come every two months. “You can cancel anytime.” Nope! You have three business days to cancel according to their contract. I have had a BAD EXPERIENCE with ORKIN Pest Control. I can't blame the Name but I can blame the people that they have working for them. What ORKIN promised has not been done. An attempt was made by one of the managers but ED, the actual person who goes out does NOT live up to his job. Unprofessional to say the least. Didn't come out to service my house when he was supposed to be coming every third day to a week. One week lead to two and then the 6 weeks and the rest is absurd. Orkin is GARBAGE. Don't use them. Used the Grand Prairie, TX (GP)location and just had to submit a dispute against my credit card for their service: No show 4 service on 8/4/15. Order pest treatment w/30 day guarantee. Receive treatment 6/5/15. Still had pest. Call office 7/2/15 for re-treat. Told pest tech Greg would call 2 schedule w/i 24 hrs. No call.
