Totally ripped me off ! My initial visit ( for mice ) cost me $295, and all he did was set a few traps and put out poison pellets, which I had already been doing. As a senior on Social Security, this is unacceptable! I don't mind paying for a service that accomplishes something, but my mice are still thriving and it seems all they want to do is come out monthly with no real plan of attack.

Not fixing our bat problem (***************, *******). Hired them summer 2023 and paid over $2000 to get rid of bats in our attic. Wish we would have hired elsewhere because they are not doing enough to fix the issue.

Yes, I am very dissatisfied with the price and customer service. I ended up overpaying and it was not understood as to why I was paying more. I ask to cancel my service but no cancellation took place because someone from ***** called and said he was headed to my house to do service. Of course, I asked him about the cancellation and was told to speak with a manager. I called a few days later to ask for a manager and didnt get one. I do recall asking more than twice for a manager and this person ignored me. She was talking in ... read more

***** said I needed treated insulation and close up entry points to deterr animals and rodents from entering my attic...they charged me over 6 thousand dollars to do this service ...I've been complaining for over 1 year that I still hear something in the attic...they ignored me for over a year then finally sent a guy out who inspected and said only half of my attic was treated.. why would I pay that much money for half and still animals and rodents still have entry in my attic...they lied to me and I wouldn't have agreed to ... read more

I have a a quarterly contract. In June, 6/2024 Orkin was due to perform their inside and outside service. They performed the outside service but never performed the inside due to the lack of communication. No one was home without prior notice especially I was a Saturday only client. That all stopped a year ago. They come when they want without notice. I was charged the fee of ******, so they have my money without a complete service. Orkin is an absolute SCAM. I have never written a negative review in my life, but this company deserves it and then some. They TRICK you into a binding contract without an explanation that you are basically signing 2 contracts: one with ***** and one with the Rollins, ***** a company that makes sure you are making payments and if there is any issue with Orkin, Rollins washes their hands of it because they are just collecting payments.
