Anytime I have specific requests, the office has no issue in making sure that the technician sent out is aware of the request. And, Orkin is also very accommodating when I need to make a Saturday appointment. Every technician that I have met with during my appointment has always been friendly and is able to answer any questions I have, and if he doesn't know the answer, he'll find someone who does.
