I was told orkin would come in and look through the house for any entry points and seal them up. He spent 15 minutes in my house just spraying and put out a few sticky traps that I could have bought at lowes and charges me $211. Would not recommend service.
Some property of mine was damaged during a termite treatment. It was an honest accident and the technician was helpful and knowledgeable. However, after making management aware of the damaged property and providing pictures they have neglected to contact me back to resolve the issue. I have followed up on 3 separate occasions and the Branch manager and Service manager, Cameron, are never available and have yet to return my calls, texts or email. I’ve paid the yearly termite protection fees for 10+ years. Have not seen anyone checking the termite traps but assumed they were. My wife finds several thousand dollars worth of termite damage in the house. Calls Orkin turns out they have not checked our house in a couple years. They gladly came and treated the areas my wife found. But I’m stuck with thousands of dollars of repairs because they didn’t do the job they were paid for! Bad Business!!!
