orkin has been treating my apartment complex for a while now and been to my unit on several call backs but they just can't get the pests under control.... wouldn't recommend orkin for your pest control needs

Orkin is GARBAGE. Don't use them. Used the Grand Prairie, TX (GP)location and just had to submit a dispute against my credit card for their service: No show 4 service on 8/4/15. Order pest treatment w/30 day guarantee. Receive treatment 6/5/15. Still had pest. Call office 7/2/15 for re-treat. Told pest tech Greg would call 2 schedule w/i 24 hrs. No call. Called GP office again 7/7/15. Told Greg would call 2 schedule retreat. Greg left message 7/9/15. I rtned Greg call w/i 5 min on 7/9/15 & left message. No return call. I le... read more
