There were many emails and text to confirm my appointment and notify me the day of when my tech was on the way. The technician, James, was wonderful. RecommendedThey do a great job. My house was infested with brown recluse spiders. I was bitten 3 times and went to the hospital twice, once getting a tube put in my leg. My home has been clean since I started using Orkin. Anytime I have had a problem and called them they have sent someone right out and taken care of it. They show up when they say they will. They are friendly and reasonably priced. I have used them for almost 4 years now.

RecommendedOrkin service man arrived on time. Sent text when we were next so we watched for him. We were facing a possible thunder storm and it began to rain so he treated our whole outside with two types of insecticide. He was also very thorough in the inside of the house. I would say he went above and beyond. Also, if something crops up in the next 30 days someone will come out, no extra charge, to take care of the problem. Couldn’t ask for more!
