Our Technician, Gabriel arrived on time. Explained the process he would be performing. Asked if we had any questions, or we could ask him any time during the service. Once completed he went over everything he did. His work was very clean. He cleaned up as he went along. I give Orkin and Gabriel a BIG 5 stars.
