Hired Orkin a year ago to get rid of earwigs and other pests in my yard , said it would take over a year to completely get rid of them because they were deep in the ground . A year later raccoons are digging up my lawn because I have all these delicious bugs and grubs in it , clearly they were not treating my problem but were fine charging me for it . The tech came to my house and said it wasn’t his job to remove mice out of orkin traps. He removed the trap from the area, therefore unblocking where there come in. Refused to reset traps because it wasn’t his job. 4 days later I’ve seen 2 mice run through my garage. 54$ a month this BS!!

I have asked n asked n asked n asked them to come after 2. that's only happened one time in over a years they come when they want to n still do I'm too invested to stop now n I NEVER EVER get their report unless I call n asked for it.
